Keep in mind that your participation early in the process is the best time to have input. There will be public hearings after the developer submits their application, but collaboration now is more productive and efficient.

o Traffic management including parking issues and deliveries, rideshare, etc.
o Demolition of the warehouse
o Nuisance noise from mechanicals (HVAC, parking ventilation)

• Next steps
