Jeff and Sheryl Spitzer-Resnick are the 3rd owners of this 100 year old home located at 430 Sidney Street. They bought the home 25 years ago and raised their son Josh in it, who is now away at college. They recently gave it a fresh coat of paint along with needed outside carpentry repairs to help restore its beauty. It has numerous unique architectural features and its original design included a cistern for water in the basement which was pumped to a trough in the attic and then gravity fed to the bathroom and kitchen. 

The woodwork in the home is unique. The original owner's son, a carpenter, installed and replaced the woodwork three times before being satisfied with the result.
